Horrible place! Went to the hotel with my grandmother for one night and the beds were dirty, and we both got bed bug bites or dust mites rashes the day after the stay. When I contacted costumer service this is how they treated me! Very bad costumer service and that is no polite way to speak to someone!

Make sure to read the negative reviews on booking/tripadvisor/google before you book this place. From extreme lack of hygiene and rudeness, accusing their guests of doing drugs and prostituting themselves in their hotel, threatening the guests of sharing unauthorized CCTV footage of themselves, constantly trying to charge their costumers twice (for those who had already paid online) and refusing to refund it, among many other disturbing situations, this place is a nightmare. I'll never go back to this hotel and just wanted to share my experience combined with some other comments I've read.

A disturbing and threatening treatment from the staff

I just wanted to share an unpleasent situation I have been through with this property recently that unfortunately escalated to serious proportions. I recently stayed in this Hotel and had a little problem regarding a misinformation of the breakfast hours. When I arrived, I was informed that the breakfast would last until 9:30 but, unfortunately and understandable, I was tired and have not memorized this information. Thus, I refered to the information card available in our rooms, which stated that the breakfast would last until 10am. When I went downstairs at 9:41, the breakfast was already over. I explained that I needed to eat something because I was taking medication and that in the room it was stated that the breakfast would last until 10am. Fortunately, the person there let me have some leftovers (some boiled eggs and cookies for example) so I could take my medication, but it was not really a proper breakfast. Later when I arrived back home, I contacted the hotel explaining the situation, explaining that there was a misinformation regarding the breakfast times in the information cards in the rooms, and asking politely to have a refund of the breakfast value. Unfortunately, the reply from the hotel was extremely disturbing. Not only they refused the refund, but actually threatened to share unauthorized CCTV footage of us and our full names on social media if I refused to delete my comment from booking.com. This situation is so unnacceptable that not only I have not deleted my comment but I am also trying to raise awareness of this situation in every possible platform, hence my review here. Also, make sure to check other reviews on booking from this property, and you will see other disturbing situations where, for example, the property publicly accuses some guests of consuming drugs and prostituting themselves in their hotel. I reckon that unfortunately I will not have my breakfast refunded, but nevertheless I want to make sure this situation reaches the public so everyone should be aware of how this property treats their unsatisfied guests in an agressive and threatening way. Expensive a very poor service

I was on a business trip, my normal hotels fully booked so my company booked me in here. £390 for 1 night bed & breakfast, when I went to breakfast (which was a poor show in itself) I was asked to produce room key to verify, no problem. Whilst eating the lady said I ahdn't paid for breakfast. We booked via booking.com Bed & Breakfast, I had to provide the evidence of the booking they had taken to get her away from trying to make me pay 95SEK for a slice of meat and a cup of tea. Room was clean but very small, I shall not be returning

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at AND for $400/night

I booked this hotel through Norwegian Airlines when I booked a flight from Oslo to Stockholm. Apparently, however, Norwegian partners with hotels.com. Like most online hotel sites I was shown a price per night which was $276. Stockholm was fully booked and I figured I would have to pay more to get a place that was not in the suburbs. When we got to the hotel and saw the room, I was horrified. It was so tiny we could not move. The walls and furniture all showed signs of damage. The bathroom had no soap, just a dispenser on the wall. It was at best a 1-star hotel. We had no option at that point but to stay the night and I had to pay the full amount for 3 days on check in. I tried calling Norwegian, got someone who gave me a number for hotels.com. They said they would call and try to get my money back the next day, but made no promises. Plus it turned out when I read the fine print in the confirmation that I wasn't paying $276/night. That was an average. The first night I was paying over $400. The next night was half and the third night was half again. What a scam. I gave up on getting any satisfaction from Norwegian or hotels.com. The next day I went to the manager. After much back and forth he moved us to a much larger room for the two nights. It seemed to be some rooms in an apartment. No one came to clean or make up our room between the first and second night. At that point I didn't care. Finding out that I paid over $900 for those three nights is upsetting. This was an experience I've never had before and hope to never have again with online booking. I would not recommend hotels.com or Norwegian. Also the internet did not work at the hotel. I am very glad we did not opt for the breakfast.
